I have copies of everything.
The instructions say to send copies to today. We will send an RFE if the originals are required. All requests for birth certificates say in the instructions that the sending of copies. And are not explicitly requested a birth certificate notarized.
You do not need the original, so I took the originals to the maintenance of the green card.
I send no originals, if you specify that you are completely original.
