Computer Memory Vendor I Keep Getting A Warning Message About System DDL Being Relocared In Memory. How Do I Solve This?

I keep getting a warning message about system DDL being relocared in memory. How do I solve this? - computer memory vendor

When I connect my computer I get the following message.
"The system DLL user.32ddl was relocated in memory. The application will not work correctly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ WINDOWS \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ SYSTEM \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ 32 \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ HHCTL.OCX occupied an address range, which reserved for Windows system DLLs. The supplier delivers the DLL should be for a new DLL. What does this mean and how can I solve this problem?

Hello, I'm good. I wonder whether you're upgrading, I was advised to do, and then came this DLL.
