My doctor told me, when I decided to sweeten the pill for weight loss, no doubt, metformin. However, if you try to avoid the design must remain in the pills, British Columbia. One way that I can see other works, a low GI diet. There are some excellent books on the topic. Good luck.
Another thing you can do is www.soulcysters.net participate in the forum - Some girls like us on the existence and the wealth of information and discussion.

Hormones can be very devastating to your body and your weight ...

I was on birth control, had increased and at one point had polycystic ovaries ... I recommend that unless there is reason to monitor the birth, and get off and try to restore the body's natural shape.
Frankly, I do not think that polycystic ovaries have nothing to gain or lose weight to do ... only for its ability to produce fertilized eggs.

Also, be honest and recognize that other factors are probably much higher (included hormones) in their struggle for the weight, then the ovaries.

Let me by a visit to a nutritionist to help you require to start a healthy diet ... then go and get a subscription to the gym

PCOS is to lose from the usual way, weight differently. Try to get more vegetables into your diet. Eat healthy foods, drinking water and exercise. I also have PCOS can be difficult, but it must also refrain from sweets. Reduce the sugar in your diet. Once it does mean that they have a higher risk for diabetes gettin.
