Is it bad to crack your fingers/ knuckles? - how to crack elicence
I play piano and play well in a position to ever crack your fingers or toes before playing and then it generally must do so again. Is this dangerous?

It is a myth. There is no direct correlation between knuckle cracking and arthritis, or something like that.
You May develop arthritis later in life
